On Print uses digital printing to customise TShirts and other apparel, as digital printing allows a huge range of colours and transparencies to be achieved. Suited for illustrative and photographic prints, digital printing is long lasting, washable and has faster turn around times.
Digital printing allows unlimited colours to be printed at once, whilst screen printing is more time consuming as it requires one colour to be printed at a time. Screen printing needs a screen made up for each design, whilst digital printing uses your submitted artwork and prints it directly onto the fabric. Digital printing is long lasting, machine washable and used for designs with high amounts of detail in it. Overall Digital Printing allows more flexibility, creativity, has a faster turn around time, and will cost you less!
High quality resolution, e.g. 300dpi or above is recommended for digital printing. Our printers only print as good as your image, so make sure your image is not pixelated, stretched or distorted when customising.
We accept images/artwork that is a PDF, PNG, SVG, tiff, jpg and AI - PDF.
If your image/artwork has a low resolution, is pixelated or blurry, our product customisation tool will give you a warning. We rely on our customers to check their designs before payment, so make sure you use high quality image for the best printing results.
